Cカード（通称：ダイビングライセンス）取得ならNAUI
NAUI JAPANで取得したCカード情報をオンラインで簡単に確認することができます。
Cカード取得情報を表示するには、氏名（ローマ字）、生年月日を入力してください。

Enter a First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth to display NAUI certification records.
以下の場合は検索することができません。
- 1989年以前に取得されたCカード
- 2016年7月以前に取得されたセレクテッドスペシャルティカード
- 発行履歴に生年月日が記録されていないCカード
取得しているにもかかわらず検索ができない場合は、株式会社ナウイエンタープライズ（welcome@naui.co.jp）までお問い合わせください。

Cards matching any of the following criteria can not be searched for:
- C cards acquired before 1989
- Selected Specialty Cards acquired before July 2016
- C cards where date of birth is not recorded in the issue history.
